    Yonge St and Clair Condo is a 34-storey condo tower with a two-storey podium. There are planned 220 residential units for the condo. The condo will probably be of mixed-use and will house retail spaces as well. Renderings of the condo reveal a highly contemporary structure with its balconies creating a wave-like façade. On the upper floors of the condo, the balconies turn into large terraces and the façade turns into a ripple. Each balcony has a small garden at the front and large floor-to-ceiling windows. The golden off-white exterior of the condo shines brilliantly dull-gold, as though the setting sun is shimmering on the waves. Further details are yet to be announced by the builder.
